Meet the Team

Amy Renter

Amy has been in the decorating and floral industry since her first job at 16 years old! By creating Magnolias Home Decor & eventually Captivating Windows, her lifelong decorating passion has become her career! Amy is married with 2 grown daughters, Leah and Kate. Leah has 2 little girls as well, so activities with the granddaughters is what she looks forward to! Other hobbies include cooking,and entertaining as well as gardening. Any additional down time you will find her at the beach!

Peg Ridder

Peg began her sales career at Captivating Windows in 2020. Prior to joining Captivating Windows, she worked for many years at an electrical distributor, designing residential lighting for homeowners. She now sees many of her previous customers who need window coverings.

Working 3-4 days per week gives Peg the flexibility to enjoy spending time with her husband, their four children and their spouses, as well as their six grandchildren. They love to travel and have a large bucket list of destinations they want to visit.

Peg takes pride in giving her customers a personal touch. "Those finishing touches help you fall in love with a room. We have a great team and even better customers!" - Peg

Brenda Larson

Brenda joined Captivating Windows in October 2021, bringing with her a wealth of administrative and financial experience. She previously worked for many years with a State Farm Insurance agent and then at a local financial firm, providing administrative and logistical support to numerous advisors.

After her husband retired, Brenda decided to work part-time, and the Captivating Windows administrative position seemed like the perfect fit. Her expertise in numbers and details helps her keep everything on track. Brenda excels at setting up installations, managing schedules, entering invoices and payments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

She is a first-time grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter and loves the flexibility of working part-time, allowing her to spend as much time with her as possible.

Brenda shared, "I love taking care of people and their needs. It's so fun setting up the customers' installation when the product arrives, as they get so excited about it. We have a great team in place to take care of every need."
